FAQ

GUEST RESTRICTION

For safety considerations, we do not permit pregnant women, children under the age of two, or adults aged 76 and above to participate in our tours.

Additionally, we strongly advise against these tours for individuals with pre-existing back injuries, cardiac conditions, or any other significant health issues. This recommendation is due to the potential distance from immediate medical assistance during our trips.

HOTEL TRANSFER

We provide transfer services to and from all hotels in Phuket and Khao Lak areas. Once you complete your booking, we will provide you with your pick-up time via the email address [email protected].

Our transfers are facilitated using air-conditioned minivans, each with a seating capacity for 10 or 12 guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your online booking for join group tours at no cost up to 24 hours before the tour’s commencement. In such cases, we will fully refund your deposit within a few days. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours, we will retain your deposit.

Feel free to change your tour date up to 24 hours before your original tour starts, at no extra cost. But if you switch dates less than 24 hours before your original tour begins, we’ll have to keep your deposit in any case and no deposit refunded is possible.

For instances of “no show”, we will charge the full price of the tour. If you fall ill on the morning of the tour, please present a medical certificate from a Thai hospital or clinic. We will then work with you to find the best possible solution.

In the event of inclement weather conditions that could compromise safety, such as strong winds or large waves, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Should this occur, you have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

monsoon season

Our tours also do operate during the wet season, which runs from May to October. However, please be assured that we always prioritize safety, irrespective of whether it’s the dry or monsoon season. Before setting out on any trip, we rigorously check the prevailing conditions. If we believe there’s any risk to your safety, we will not hesitate to cancel the tour!

Due to the potential for strong winds during the monsoon season, we evaluate our Phi Phi Islands tours on a day-to-day basis. These tours may be subject to cancellation between May and November. In such cases, you have the option to reschedule or switch to our James Bond & Beyond Tour, where water conditions are typically more favorable.

From May through September, Phang Nga Bay tends to be more shielded from the elements, resulting in smaller waves and less wind impact.

CAN I GO TO MAYA BAY?

Maya Bay has reopened, now operating under new eco-friendly regulations to prevent further environmental damage. It’s an excellent opportunity to witness these famous locations in a more sustainable way. Please notice that Maya Bay will be temporary closed between August to 1st October 2023.

how many guests on the group?

All our boats are of superior quality, contemporary, and comfortable speedboats, equipped with the latest safety features. Our fleet includes two types of speedboats: those with 2 engines (500hp) and those with 3 engines (750hp).

Though the 2-engine speedboats are licensed to carry 25 guests plus the crew, we limit the number to 20 guests plus the crew to ensure optimal comfort. Similarly, while the 3-engine speedboats have a capacity for 45 guests plus the crew, we operate with a maximum of 32 guests plus crew for a more enjoyable experience.

SEATING AREAS

The front of the speedboat is exposed to the sun and experiences more motion during the journey. For safety reasons, this area is typically not recommended for children and older individuals, and the captain has the final say on whether guests can sit there.

The interior of the boat offers a covered space, providing greater protection from sun, wind, and rain.

The rear part of the boat, while partially covered, provides some protection from sun and rain. It’s the most balanced area and is recommended for those prone to seasickness. However, as this part is closest to the engine, it is also the noisiest.

Every boat is equipped with a toilet, safety life jackets, and we also provide raincoats for instances of rainfall.

insurance

Our insurance coverage extends to accidents involving personal injury that are directly associated with the incident. However, please note that lost or damaged personal belongings such as cell phones, cameras, or other items are not included in our insurance policy. We strongly advise against bringing any non-essential items or high-value possessions on board for your own peace of mind.

special meal

We can accommodate specific dietary requirements. Please specify your needs when booking the tour. We offer a range of lunch options, including vegan, and gluten-free meals, at no additional charge. All our meals are Halal.

SAFETY INFO

Know Before You Go:

Due to safety considerations, we are unable to accept pregnant women on our tours. Likewise, children under 2 years and adults over 75 years are not permitted, as our insurance coverage in Thailand does not extend to these age groups.

All snorkeling activities commence from the boat, not from the shore. We supply life jackets for those who require them, and our tour guides are always on hand to assist and support you. We advise staying close to the group and implementing a buddy system (pairing up) when snorkeling.

Guests should be capable of ascending and descending the boat stairs independently.

Please note that there is a possibility of getting wet on the boat, so valuable items like smartphones and cameras should be properly safeguarded. In the event of rain, we supply raincoats for our guests.

For safety reasons, guests must remain seated during the cruise.

It’s imperative that guests always adhere to the tour guide’s instructions as they are experienced and licensed professionals.

We relish the thrill of exploration and adventure. At times, we visit remote islands without amenities such as toilets, bars, or beach facilities. However, rest assured that all our boats are equipped with a toilet, First Aid kits, and everything else needed for your safety and comfort.

While we encourage the use of high SPF sunscreen for protection, we request that you refrain from using it while snorkeling as it can harm coral reefs. To shield yourself from sunburn while in the water, we suggest wearing a t-shirt or investing in environmentally-friendly sunscreen.

Please avoid touching any marine life, rocks, or corals while snorkeling.

The tour itinerary might be altered due to weather or safety conditions, or tide levels.

We advise against taking our trips for individuals with previous back injuries, heart conditions, or any other severe health issues, as we may be situated far from immediate medical assistance.

Our insurance coverage extends only to accidents involving personal injury directly related to the incident. It does not cover lost or damaged personal belongings such as cell phones or cameras.

Please abstain from smoking on the boat and for your safety, keep your life vest on at all times.
